We consulted with AVI-SPL to equip our large training space for virtual, hybrid and in-person gatherings. We were looking to upgrade our existing equipment to professionalize our technology and infrastructure and to ensure seamless use of Zoom for meetings, webinars and offerings. We average a virtual, interactive training with 50-60 people once per month.

We contracted AVI-SPL to upgrade the audio/video capabilities of our executive conference room at corporate and also in the largest conference room in the company. AVI-SPL designed and installed a Teams Meeting Room with 6 surface-mounted ceiling speakers and 3 ceiling microphones, a wall-mounted control panel and connected to an existing 85" display monitor.

We rely on AVI-SPL for AV design, engineering, and support. Our conference spaces are mission critical. If an issue occurs, we need it resolved promptly. We're capable of doing some initial troubleshooting, but any complications beyond that requires specialized skill. That's where AVI-SPL comes in. Generally, the support we receive is prompt and we get back to working in a reasonable amount of time.

We partner with AVI-SPL to provide the audio/visual component on new construction distribution centers. They provide end-to-end consulting, procurement and installation. They do a good job of providing a clear and quick proposal that easily conveys the scope to the end-users and facilitates scope approval. Extremely easy to work with.

As a subcontractor for the Audio / Visual work. AVI-SPL developed a set of shop drawings that were reviewed and coordinated with other trades before any work began. This included prework inspections to ensure a smooth installation once on-site. There will also be Owner training at the completion of the work along with Operation & Owner manuals for future reference.

AVI-SPL is an integrator for our conference rooms for AV system and they have been supporting us closely and have been doing an excellent work for us. Any urgent incident at AV system, they come to our site and fix the issue professionally and timely.

We use AVI-SPL to provide audiovisual installation and maintenance to our conference rooms. We have been utilizing a company called Adtech systems for nearly 20 years which was recently acquired by AVISPL.

We partner with AVI-SPL for the delivery of complex audio visual collaboration projects in the United States and around the world. AVI-SPL provides installation entering resources as well as project management and design assist when required their ability to deliver large scale projects across the country on a consistent basis resolves all and any issues we are faced with.

We sought a partnership with AVI-SPL to address our audio-visual needs for our new police dispatch center. They helped us to design a 110" 4x8 customizable video wall that will allow us to display daily information as well as serve as a visual center for critical information during an evolving incident. They further helped us to incorporate visual information at the dispatch workstation, including audio resources that can be selected by the dispatcher at the desk. Part of our design included multiple 80-inch screens around the room customized as needed.

As an AV consultant and installation vendor

This vendor was in place before I came to the organization, and I am here less than one year. AVI-SPL is used for providing hardware and services (installation and support) for digital signage and video conferencing at various locations for the company. They have been working with my organization for four years. This is the second time that I have inherited AVI-SPL; and it looks like the second time that I will need to fully replace them with another vendor. They are more expensive than most. Installation quality has been a major issue. They have inconsistent processes in both their installation arm and support; neither of which seem to talk to each other or know what's going on. Quote to quote sees pricing discrepancies for the same item. Incomplete installations have occurred on many occasions, with hardware installed that I can't even use; yet they signed the project off as done. There is no apparent testing or certification process. They are very, very high maintenance. If you have the time and energy to call them on their missteps and follow-up to get things correctly, then it is possible to use them to accomplish what you need. They can do a lot of things well, and can deliver if pushed to timelines. They just don't do it consistently well, sometimes unprofessionally and you need to be prepared for the fall-out. Most often, at least recently, are just a vendor - not a partner.

AVI-SPL is our main Audio Visual Partner across our EMEA region. The scope in my case was to increase video conferencing capabilities in our Dubai office. For that we opted for the installation of a Poly X50 system including display with display stand

We recently hired AVI-SPL to install an AV system/teams room in 2 new conference rooms over the course of the last year.

We partnered with AVI-SPL to design-build a new executive conference room. We had some challenges with the designed space of the room and the AVI-SPL team exceeded our expectations.

I have worked with AVI-SPL over the years, so when I was approached by our CEO to scope a project out for digital signage at our 15 clinics, I knew exactly where to go. AVI-SPL quickly assigned us a project manager, and we were off to the races. They delivered on-time, in-scope, and on budget. Their installers communicated well with me to let me know exactly when they'd be on site to hang the TV's. AVI-SPL also handled the sale and communication with the cloud based company we use to distribute content to the TV's. All in all, it was a very successful deployment.

We have the product set up in our conference room. It helps with communicating with our remote workers in other areas. We now do not have to sit in separate cubes for calls, but rather in one room and it definitely helps with collaboration and team building. We also use the product for our quarterly meeting which is super helpful. Being able to present to prospective clients and investors in a room together also makes it easier to not accidentally talk over another person.

I ordered a couple of high-end projectors, which arrived promptly and smoothly. It was a responsive and informative process throughout, and I would highly recommend AVI-SPL for any of your AV needs. AVI-SPL has been a solid partner that listens to our needs and proposes projects that are results oriented and budget conscious. They are experts at every stage including design, installation, and support. They can handle projects of any scope and size.

Since we have an in-house AV team that handles about 99% of all AV related work, we primarily buy equipment from AVI-SPL. There have been a few occasions where we've used their design/installation services when we didn't have the bandwidth internally to handle the workload.

We recently upgraded our 3 classroom spaces to accommodate the hybrid nature of modern education. Our old projector system was aging. AVI-SPL recommended and helped us purchase new screens for each of our rooms, while also providing new wireless connections to help facilitate the fluid nature of the room use. We have also moved towards greater flexibility in our presentations, as we welcome speakers and guests from around the world. The new technology recommended by AVI-SPL has allowed us to bring those people in seamlessly to help maintain a collegial atmosphere.

They are helping us upgrade the presentation equipment in our boardroom, by adding larger and more screens, a better mic system, and an interactive touchscreen.

We recently have moved buildings and required a full-scale review, updating and re-commissioning process of all of the AV hardware and conference rooms.

Their team continuously impresses me with their responsiveness and persistence when working through the myriad of day-to-day challenges that come from managing AV systems. The scale of their team is extremely useful when solving for our dispersed network of sites & partnerships. Having one account representative for all the US is -significantly- easier than having to source a local resource for every site. Lastly they have been flexible when designing for interesting spaces and scaling solutions to our budget & stakeholders.
